Present application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 04.12.2018 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) refusing the registration of the first appeal on the ground that the objections were not removed. Since the original respondent No.1 was not served in the main matter, it is not necessary to serve her for this application. Learned AGP waives for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

It appears that there were some objections when the appeal was filed, however, those objections were not removed by the present applicant. Though opportunity was given and ultimately by order dated

1013 (i).doc 04.12.2018 Registrar (Judicial) has refused the registration. Now, the applicant who is acquiring body, is ready to remove the office objections. Under such circumstance, order dated 04.12.2018 passed by Registrar (Judicial) is hereby set aside.

Applicant to remove office objections on or before 04.10.20193. If office objections are removed, further steps be taken. 3.
