The petitioner has been waiting for execution of the order passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (the SARFAESI Act).

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 and to ensure execution of the order passed by the former under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within five weeks.
