When the present application is taken up for hearing, it is brought to my notice that in the connected appeal this Court has passed the order on 2nd November 2018 in Civil Application no. 10289/2018. Similar order is sought in the present application. Hence the following order :

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount, on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. The applicants are further permitted to withdraw 25% of amount on submitting solvent surety/security in the like amount to the satisfaction of Registrar of this Court.

{2} ca1545.19.odt ii) Balance 25% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalised Bank, initially for a period of two years and if so required, for the further period till disposal of the appeal. iii) Civil Application stands disposed of.
