Learned A.G.P. on instructions from the Committee submits that the petitioner is called upon to appear before the Committee on 18th December, 2025. The Committee will decide the matter within four weeks from 18.12.2025. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will remain present on that date before the Committee.

We record the said statement as an undertaking to this Court. Since the petitioner is to retire in the month of June, 2026, the Committee shall strictly adhere to time stipulation mentioned hereinabove.

In view of the above, contempt petition is disposed of. 4.
