Learned counsel for the applicants states that respondents no.4 and 5 have caused appearance before this Court in the second appeal through Advocate. In respect of respondents no.6 and 7, he submits that his instructions are that their addresses being shown in the title clause, are as per the addresses given before the trial court. In the circumstances, having regard to the report received about them being not residing on the given address, he would file an appropriate application.

Civil Application no. 1223 of 2017 accordingly stands disposed of. It is expected that steps would be taken within a period of four (4) weeks from today.
