Petitioner is raising challenge to the allotment of tank in favour of respondent no. 5 for taking up fishing activity. Since the allotment was made in the year 2011, belated challenge raised after five years and at the end of the period of allotment, need not be entertained in exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Writ petition stands rejected.
