The petitioner/institution is claiming reimbursement in the light of Section 12 of the Right of the Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 for having admitted the students under the Act.

We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner, learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned advocate Mr Dheple for respondent No.4.

We dispose of the writ petition directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to undertake necessary enquiry to ascertain petitioner's entitlement, which shall be concluded within a period of six weeks. If the petitioner, at the end of the enquiry, found entitled to receive the reimbursement, the respondents shall ensure and disburse the money within a period of six weeks thereafter.
