By this Civil Application the applicant is seeking restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No.13209 of 2016 which suffered dismissal on 3rd October, 2016 by the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) for non-removal of office objections.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant and the statement made in the application, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non-removal of office objections within time.

In the circumstances, by condoning the delay in making good the office objections, we allow this application and order restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No. 13209 of 2016 to its original number. 5.
