Prayer is made seeking permission to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.1 i.e. Bapusaheb Baban Kadu, who died on 22.8.2023. The application also seeks to condone delay of 388 days caused in filing the CRA.

Considering submissions advanced and reasons as given in paragraph no.b,c and d of the application, delay is sufficiently explained. There would be no prejudice if prayer in the application is allowed. In that view of the matter, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause b and c and disposed off. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
