Issue notice to the Non-Applicants.

The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of Non-Applicant No.1. Mr. Deshpande, the learned Advocate waives service of notice on behalf of Non-Applicant No.2. 3.

By the present Application, the Applicant prays for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.1575 of 2024, which has been dismissed for non removal of the office objections on 09.12.2024 as per the order dated 21.11.2024.

On the grounds set out in the Application, the order of dismissal of the Petition is hereby quashed and set aside, subject to removal of the office objections within a period of seven days from today.

After the office objections are removed, the Writ Petition shall restore to its original stage at which the matter was dismissed. 6.

Mr. Deshpande, the learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 seeks time to argue the matter on merit.
