Civil application No. 13053 of 2025 is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited as per the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. Perused the application. Heard learned advocates for both sides. Learned advocate for the respondent strongly objected the application. However, considering the reasons stated in the application and the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% amount out of the

ca13053.25 -2deposited amount with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 2.

The amount coming to the share of applicant No.4 shall be deposited in fixed deposit for a period of three years. In respect of other minor claimants-applicants, the amounts coming to their shares shall be deposited in fixed deposit for a period of five years. The interest amount which would be received out of the fixed deposits shall be paid to the claimants.

In so far as civil application No. 10823 of 2025 is concerned, the same is filed seeking stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that entire amount under award has been deposited in this Court. In view of the same, civil application is allowed. During pendency of the first appeal, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. Civil application is disposed of. (SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J.) rlj/
