Learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove the office objections. The ld. Counsel submitted that, inadvertently the office objections were not removed and in the circumstances the order dt. 10.09.2018 was passed by the ld. Registrar, dismissing the writ petition in default.

In view of the fact that, the ld. Counsel for the applicant has undertaken to take all necessary steps to remove the office objections, the order passed dt. 10.09.2018 passed by the Registrar is set aside and the Writ Petition (St.) No. 13876 of 2018 is restored to

13CA4.2019 -2its original file subject to the costs of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to be paid as a condition precedent. If the objections are removed within two weeks and the costs is paid within the said period, the matter be listed for further consideration after three weeks.
