The dispute is with regard to mutation entry. Mr. Bharaswadkar, learned Counsel submits that Deputy Director has directed Tahasildar to take up further proceedings. Representation is given, but Tahasildar is not taking further proceedings.

If the petitioner has grievance with regard to mutation entry, the petitioner has remedy of appeal under Section 247 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. If Revenue Authority is not dealing with the complaint of the petitioner,

(2) WP-14431.2019.odt then for such complaint a Committee is constituted under Circular dated 13.02.2015. The petitioner may approach the said Committee.
