Instant application is filed by the original appellants praying therein to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent no.1 Laxman Bansi Supekar, who is reported to have died on 29.04.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed at Exhibit A (page 7). There is said to be delay of 4137 days in preferring instant application. 2.

Though learned counsel for respondent no.2 opposed the prayers, in view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses [B] and [C]. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
