1] The present civil application is filed seeking direction to return the notary register surrendered by the applicant on 18.10.2024.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 12.11.2024 the review application was disposed of as withdrawn. The learned counsel further submits that by order dated 01.10.2024 in Civil Application No.7705 of 2024 in Review Application, this Court directed to surrender the original notary book before this Court and the said notary register be returned back to the applicant. 3] Considering the submissions, the Civil Application is allowed.
