For the reasons stated in the applilcation for condonation of delay, the delay of 65 days is conconed. The civil application for condonation of delay stands disposed of.

There shall be ad interim stay to the impugned award of the tribunal, subject to deposit of 100% amount as directed by the tribunal along with accrued interest thereon till date within a period of 10 weeks from today.
