Revision application is disposed of in terms of settlement placed on record. The judgments passed by the trial Court and appellate Court are set aside. The accused Abasaheb Vishwasrao Chavan is hereby acquitted. The bail bonds stand cancelled and surety stand discharged.

The complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount which is deposited before the appellate Court and before this Court, along with the interest accrued thereon, if the amount is fixed deposited.
