Perused the impugned award.

The entire amount under the award has been deposited in this Court.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court. The breakup thereof, is as under: (a) Out of the deposited amount, 50% amount is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing undertaking and 25% amount on giving solvent security.

(b) The undertaking and solvent security to be submitted before the Superintendent of the trial Court, who shall transmit those documents to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and thereafter, the amount would be paid to the respective applicant.

All the civil applications are disposed of.
