In view of the order passed by this Court on 27.06.2017 in Writ Petition No.8200/2017 (Mangesh Namdev Pentewad vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) as well as the order dated 16.06.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.7813/2017 (Chandrakant Gangadhar Yalpalwad vs. The State of Maharashtra and another), this Writ Petition is also disposed of with the following directions:- (a) Let the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad verify and scrutinize the claim of the Petitioner as belonging to "Mannervarlu" - Entry-27 in the Constitution (Scheduled Tribe) Order, 1950 on

(b) The Scrutiny Committee should overlook the mistake and error in the spelling of the tribe/ caste in the certificate issued to the Petitioner.

(c) The Scrutiny Committee shall complete this assignment as expeditiously as possible.

(d) Needless to clarify that all other claims of the Petitioner to promotion, etc. can be raised in the event the claim is validated by the Scrutiny Committee.
