Present Civil Application is filed by the applicants for bringing the legal representatives of deceased petitioner No. 4 on record. Petitioner No. 4 has expired on 14.09.2024 and his death certificate was registered on 23.09.2024. The death certificate is annexed at Exh. A along with the application. Therefore, he seeks to bring the legal representatives i.e. applicants No. 4-A to 4-E of deceased petitioner No. 4 on record.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and disposed of accordingly. Amendment be carried out within the period of two weeks.
