Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the applicants refers to various reasons contained in paragraph no.3 of the application. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents purport to resist the application, stating that the reasons are vague, and, not proper. However, looking at that beyond the resistance, as aforesaid, veracity of the contents of the application do not appear to have been specifically disputed.

In the circumstances, while delay does not appear to be inordinate, it would be expedient and in the interest of justice to
