The present application has been filed to get the delay of 31 days condoned in presenting the civil application which is for the restoration of Civil Application No. 4010 of 2018.

It is to be noted that, notice of said civil application was not issued and as the applicants failed to file spare copies within the stipulated time, the application was disposed of. 3.

Respondents No.1 to 5 are served but nobody is appearing for them. Under such circumstance the delay is condoned. 4.

Civil Application No.4010 of 2018 is hereby restored.
