The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to declare one more seat for Scheduled Castes category. We have heard Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. The reservation of seat would revolve upon the population ratio. The elections are already concluded long back. Now whatever steps are to be taken, will have to be taken for the next elections. The petitioner may, in advance, raise his grievance with regard to the reservation of seats of Scheduled Castes category, which will be considered in

W.P. No.13963/2017 (( 2 )) accordance with law. As the elections are already held long back, at this stage, the request cannot be considered. Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
