This is an Application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the Petition.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the Application, the Application deserves to be allowed and the same is allowed accordingly. The order passed by the Registrar on 23rd November, 2015, refusing registration of the Petition is set aside. The Writ Petition is restored to its original position.

The Applicant shall remove all office objections within four weeks from today.

In the event of failure to remove office objections within the period stipulated as above, the order passed in the instant Application shall stand recalled.
