By this application, applicant seeks to condone delay of 129 days caused in fling Appeal.

Perused application and reasons as stated therein. Delay appears to have been occasioned on account of administrative exigency. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making such delay. The contents of the application are not controverted. Hence, sufficient cause is made out to condone delay. Hence, following order:

Delay of 129 days caused in filing Appeal is hereby condoned. c.
