The learned counsel for applicant produced a copy of order dated 11th November, 2014.

Heard rival submissions.

The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 11th November, 2014 whereby registration of his First Appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also huge delay for filing this application and in the meantime, the appeal memo and annexures are also destroyed. The learned 1/2

11-CA-8188-2019 counsel for the applicant undertakes to reconstruct the documents and to remove all the office objections within a period of four weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 11th November, 2014 stands recalled and the appeal after reconstruction be restored for removal of office objections within a period of four weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.4,000/- to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.
