The present civil application is filed seeking correction in the web-portal with regard to the intake capacity of the applicant pursuant to the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court (Coram : Prasanna B. Varale & S. M. Gavhane, JJ.) on 27.06.2018 in Writ Petition No. 5710 of 2018.

According to the applicant, pursuant to the said order the respondents have not corrected the web-portal and they have to submit the application for the next year. Unless web-portal is corrected, the system would not accept the application of the applicant for extension of approval for the intake capacity. 3.
According to the counsel for the AICTE, web-portal cannot be corrected. In view of the apex court's order, the applicant/college was granted permission for reviewing its intake for the year 2018-19. 4.
Of course, the present order passed on 27.06.2018 was an interim order, the same is subject to the final decision in the writ petition. The court has observed in the order that, no equities would be created pursuant to the interim orders passed and each student would be given knowledge of the said order.

The applicant may submit the application to the respondent with regard to extension of approval to its intake capacity. The AICTE/authority shall accept the said application and may deal with the said application on its own merits and may not reject it only on the ground that the web-portal is not corrected. The authority may consider all other aspects of the matter as per their policy.
