Learned counsel for the respondent finds it difficult to consider the reasons as appearing, to be sufficient cause for condonation of delay, yet, is not in a position to challenge the veracity of the contents.

Having regard to that delay is not inordinate, it would be expedient to let an entry to the applicant, to contest the matter on merits.
