It is now been submitted that this Court has quashed and set aside the FIR and the Crime by the order dated 02.09.2020 in Criminal Application No.58/2020. It is therefore requested that the Appellant be allowed to withdraw the Appeal in view of quashment of FIR and Crime. 3.
