The petitioner is taking exception to the communication whereby her request for transfer to a suitable place intra district has been rejected by the Education Officer (Primary) by referring to the Government resolution dated 18.06.2024.

Though it would be an issue to be decided as to if the Education Officer (Primary) could have decided the petitioner's application, the fact remains that the petitioner will have to now, in light of the Government resolution dated 18.06.2024, take appropriate steps, apply again and solicit transfer.

Remanding the matter to the Chief Executive Officer to consider the petitioner's representation would result in further delay. Now, that we are 1/2

We dispose of the writ petition permitting the petitioner to take steps and apply as per the mechanism provided in the Government resolution dated 18.06.2024.
