Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 27.06.2025 it was directed to the Tahsildar Tuljapur, District Osmanabad to measure the land i.e. 'Shiv' boundary between the two villages and accordingly the measurement was carried out and it was mentioned in the report that the way "Shiv Rasta" is cleared.

2.

The Tahsildar pursuant to the order passed on 04.12.2020 is personally present before the Court.

3.

Mr. Kolte, learned Counsel submits that the Civil Suit is already pending before the Civil Court.

4.

It is made clear that the Civil Court shall decide the matter without being influenced by the order passed by the Revenue Authorities

All the parties are at liberty to file appropriate proceeding as is available to them in the law.

6.

All the Civil Applications are disposed of.

7.

By keeping all the issues open, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
