The Petitioner prays for recalling the order of this Court dated 17/10/2019, by which, the petition was dismissed since the copies for issuance of notice were not supplied.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would supply copies in the Writ petition for issuance of notice, across the bar today.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. The learned AGP appearing on behalf of the statutory authority Nos. 1 and 2, causes an appearance even in the petition.

Considering the above, the direction in paragraph 4 of the order dated 17/10/2019 stands recalled.

Issue notice to respondent Nos. 3 and 4, returnable on 24/01/2020.

Since paragraph 4 of the order dated 17/10/2019 is recalled, the Writ petition is restored at the stage at which it was dismissed and the interim relief granted vide order dated 17/10/2019, shall continue.
