CORAM
:
RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.
DATE :
18th December, 2019.
PER COURT :- 1.
All office objections shall be removed on or before 03.00 p.m. of 20/12/2019, failing which, all these petitions shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court at 05.00 p.m. on 20/12/2019.
2.
On compliance of the above directions, list these matters in the Urgent Admissions Category on 14/01/2020 and interim relief to continue in Writ Petition No.13571/2019.
3.
In Writ Petition Nos.13648/2019 and 13649/2019, the order of this Court (CORAM : ANIL S.KILOR, J) dated 29/10/2019 has not been complied with.
4.
The petitioner has filed Civil Application Nos.14006/2019 and 14007/2019 in Writ Petition Nos.13648/2019 and 13649/2019 praying for enlargement of time to deposit the amount. I find that two applicants are businessmen who are young and the third
applicant is a Doctor, who is 72 years of age. 5.
The learned Advocate for the Bank strenuously opposes the civil applications on the ground that the Bank has to recover Rs.30,00,000/- from these three applicants. This amount does not include interest component.
6.
Since my learned brother has directed depositing 25% of the amount, these petitioners shall now deposit the said amount in these two petitions in this Court, on or before 31/12/2019 up to 12.00 noon, failing which, ad-interim protection granted shall stand automatically vacated without reference to the Court after 12.00 noon on 31/12/2019. These two civil applications are partly allowed with these directions. 7.
Needless to state, this order is subject to the compliance of the above directions of removal of office objections.
