Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice for both respondents.

The petitioner wants to appear for upcoming NEET examination. She is pursuing education of 12th standard. She may require the validity certificate if she would to claim the seat from reserved quota.

Considering the exigency in the matter Writ Petition is allowed by directing respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within four (04) months from today.
