Heard. Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. With the consent of the parties the matter is heard finally at the stage of admission.

By this writ petition the petitioner has put forth prayer Clause 'A' which reads as follows :

"A.

This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to decide the proposal dated 06.01.2025 of the petitioner seeking approval to transfer from 60% to 100% aided post on its own merits and in accordance with MEPS Rules 1981."

Considering the same, we direct the respondent No.2 - Deputy Director of Eduction, Pune to decide the said proposal dated

2 934.WP.14411.2025.odt 06.01.2025 of the petitioner seeking approval to transfer from 60% to 100% aided post on its own merits and in accordance with the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools' (Condition of Service) Rules, 1981, within two (2) months from today without referring to the Government Resolutions dated 29.04.2024 and 03.10.2024.
