Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has filed a writ petition seeking the relief of injunction from this Court. The petitioner has a case that there was a contract with Grampanchayat. Now some authorities came and measured the land for laying the solar project. 3.

Considering the relief sought by the petitioner we are not inclined to grant relief as it appears that it is purely a civil dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
