Order dated 23rd August, 2017 in Civil Application no. 2963/2017 is clarified so as to mean permission for withdrawal of deposited amount together with accrued interest thereon. 2.

With the aforesaid clarification, Civil Application is disposed of and the applicants are permitted to withdraw the accrued interest as well, on the same terms and conditions as indicated in the original order dated 23rd August, 20187.
