The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since July-2019. The petitioner is prosecuting his studies in 12th Standard and exploring admission in the professional course for the academic year 2020-2021.

Considering the exigency in the matter, the committee shall endeavour to decide the proceeding by 30.04.2020. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 04.12.2019. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
