This is an application for withdrawal of amount. The applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount as per the order passed by the Apex Court. The applicants as per the terms and conditions set by the Apex Court have withdrawn the amount. Present application is filed seeking withdrawal of the amount of accrued interest, which was deposited and kept in fixed deposit till the amount was withdrawn by the claimants.

In view of that, the applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount of accrued interest on the same terms and conditions as laid down by the Apex Court. The civil application is disposed of. No costs.
