The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the authorities for correction of the mutation entry but the authorities are not taking any cognizance of the same. 2.

In such an eventuality, the petitioner can approach the committee constituted under circular dated 13.02.2015. If the petitioner approaches such committee, the committee shall decide it expeditiously.

Writ petition is disposed of. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
