The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application filed by the petitioner with the Sub Divisional Officer for issuance of tribe certificate is pending since May 2019. As per the provisions of law, he has to decide the application within a period of 30 days. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is prosecuting studies in 12th standard and needs tribe certificate for taking admission to Health Science course.

The Sub Divisional Officer shall take decision upon the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate within

2 933-WP14386-19.odt a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Sub Divisional Officer on 03.12.2019. The Sub Divisional Officer shall consider the validity issued to the father of the petitioner.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
