The Petitioners are not even remotely connected with the crime alleged against the husband and parents-in-laws of Respondent No.2 - Complainant. Apparently, they are involved just to wreck vengeance and to put pressure on the husband and in-laws. Hence, the criminal writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
