The petitioners are the original defendants in the suit for declaration and perpetual injunction instituted by respondent-tenant. 2.

The Trial Court has permitted the tenant to amend the suit plaint to correct and elaborate the description of the suit property. I do not see any error in the order impugned as would warrant interference in writ jurisdiction.

However, the grievance of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is that the suit is of the year 2008 and only intent is to

Considering that the suit is quite old, the Trial Court shall dispose of the suit finally within one year.

The Trial Court shall proceed with the recording of evidence as soon as possible and adjournments shall not be liberally granted.

Subject to aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
