Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

This application is filed seeking transfer of the proceedings of Succession Case No. 13/2021 from the Court of learned Civil, Judge Senior Division, Buldhana, to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Aurangabad.

It is submitted that the properties, subject matter of the said proceeding, are situated at Aurangabad. There is no objection by any of Ethape

( 2 ) 944-MCA-354-2023 the parties and they accept the position as stated in the Misc. Civil Application.

Considering above, this Court is inclined to allow the application. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

(i) Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), which reads as under:

"(B) To transfer the Succession Case No.13 of 2021 pending before the learned Civil Judge (S.D.) at Buldhana to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, at Aurangabad."
