The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for change of date of birth and caste in her service record with respondent No. 2.

The learned Counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that in case such an application is filed, the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same in accordance with law. In case, the application is filed by the petitioner with respondent No. 2 for change of date of birth in her service record (Exh. 'E') then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and Policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from today. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
