Through this application, the applicants are praying for relaxation of condition imposed by this Court dated 24.11.2025 in Criminal Appeal No.887/2025. Vide said order, this Court while issuing notices in the said appeal, which was for grant of anticipatory bail, pleased to protect the appellants by way of interim order. Notices issued in the said order are made returnable on 15.12.2025. Vide paragraph 4(v) of the said order, the appellants/applicants have been directed not to enter the territorial city except on the date of Court appearance.

Heard the learned Advocate for the applicants. He submits that the appellant No.1 Nilesh, being desirous to contest the election of Municipal Corporation, has filed nomination paper on 17.11.2025 and the same has been duly accepted by the Returning Officer, and for the period of one week, he wish to enter Dharashiv City for election purposes. The other applicants, i.e. applicant No.2 is his mother and applicant No.3 is his wife, they being the family members, are also required to be with him during the said election process. He further submits that after the election is over, the aforesaid condition No.(v) will be followed scrupulously.

Since the applicants are seeking relaxation only to the extent of entering Dharashiv city until 03.12.2025, the aforesaid condition is relaxed to that extent only. However, it is directed to the applicants that they shall not thereafter enter Dharashiv City until further orders from this Court.

In view of the above terms, the instant criminal application is disposed of.
