The Applicants/ original Petitioners pray for leave to add paragraphs 29-A to 29-D and place on record the communications dated 13.07.2011 and 09.12.2015.
The learned Advocate for the Respondents/ Employees has strenuously opposed this application.
*2* 21.ca.415.16 Considering the controversy involved and various rounds made by the parties upto this Court, I find it proper to permit the Applicants to amend the petition, as this would result in a proper adjudication of the issue.
In the light of the above and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Amendment be carried out within TWO WEEKS from today. The Respondents/ Employees are at liberty to file their additional affidavit in reply within TWO WEEKS after the amendment is carried out. Writ Petition No.10933/2015 be posted for hearing on 17.02.2016 in the supplementary board. Interim relief granted earlier to continue.
