THE UNION OF INDIA AND OTHERS ...

Advocate for Applicant : Mr S M Kulkarni AGP for Respondents 1-3 : Mr R B Bagul ...

CORAM : A.V. NIRGUDE & V.K. JADHAV, JJ.

Dated: February 11, 2016 ...

PER COURT :- 1.

Heard.

2.

Perused the order. We find no error apparent on the face of record. We have recorded finding in respect of the petitioner being found guilty of mis-conduct of absentism. The only thing we changed is the amount of penalty. We held that, the penalty is shockingly disproportionate to the alleged mis-conduct. Thereore, there is no possibility of any change in the impugned order.

3.

Review application stands rejected.
