14103.23CA B] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION FOR STAY 1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited 50% amount before the Tribunal.

2] There shall be ad-interim stay to the impugned award subject to deposit of remaining 50% amount as directed by the Tribunal within a period eight weeks from today along with accrued interest thereon till date before the Tribunal.
