The terms of compromise are neither illegal nor void. This Court has, therefore, no reason not to accept the terms of compromise. Thus, the First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of compromise memo.

A sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) be paid to the respondents/claimants. The balance amount be paid back to the

CA-11722-21 appellant/insurance company along with interest accrued on the amount deposited by it with learned Commissioner under Employees Compensation Act.
